Shipping & Delivery
We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions) from our Lombard, US headquarters. Delivery times vary:
- Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch ($12.95)
- Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch (free on orders over $50)
Absolutely! You’ll receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility. You can track your package every step of the way until delivery.

No hidden fees! The price you see is what you pay, plus shipping if your order is under $50 (when choosing free EMS shipping). We’re transparent about all costs upfront.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return items within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. This gives you time to test your new fins, drysuits, or other equipment.
