Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?

We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions) from our Lombard, US headquarters. Delivery times vary:

  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch ($12.95)
  • Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch (free on orders over $50)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Can I track my order?

Absolutely! You’ll receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility. You can track your package every step of the way until delivery.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?
