The Pitkin was designed to go inline between a battery canister and heated drysuit systems. By toggling the switch you reduce the power that is going to the heated undergarments and extend your burn time.

The controller is integrated into the lid of the battery canister. A lid with a heater controller integrated into will have a piece of red shrink wrap on the cord.

Power levels available are 100%, 80%, 60%, and 30%

To reset back to 100% switch canister off for 5 seconds

It is recommended to use battery pack with Pitkin Heater controller in lid for heating vest only. Plugging in a light head will cause damage to your light head and potentially void the warranty.

Burn time will vary with which heated undergarments you are using.
