At Aqua Lung Diving Shop, we stand behind the quality of our premium diving equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of 3mm & 5mm wetsuits, Drysuit Packages, or any other gear, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • All tags and protective coverings must remain attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Cutting Devices (knives and shears)
  • Drysuit Repair Parts
  • Dry Suit Boots and Hoods
  • Any item marked as “final sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your item securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to our address (return shipping is at customer’s expense):

Return Shipping Information

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges:

  • We’ll cover the shipping cost for replacement items of equal or greater value
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference in upgraded items

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days after receiving your return
  • Shipping times will follow our standard delivery estimates (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)
  • You’ll receive tracking information via email

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (such as Analyzers, Computer Packages, or Backplates and Pads):

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you
