Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other specified regions). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our premium diving equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must remain attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items:

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cutting Devices (knives and shears)
  • Drysuit Repair Parts
  • Dry Suit Boots and Hoods
  • Any item marked as “final sale”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and return details
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your item securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to our address (return shipping is at customer’s expense):

Return Shipping Information

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges:
    • We’ll cover shipping for replacement items of equal or greater value
    • You’ll be responsible for any price difference in upgraded items

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Exchange Processing

  • We’ll ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days after receiving your return
  • Shipping times follow our standard delivery estimates:
    • 10-15 days for DHL/FedEx
    • 15-25 days for EMS

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (such as Analyzers, Computer Packages, or Backplates and Pads):
